Part 1 - Introduction

In Part 1, we discuss the counter-intuitive dynamics of promotion and advancement. Rather than focusing on what you want outwardly, you develop yourself inwardly, achieving outer results. This form of inward development creates four forms of inner assets, which we will refer to as "Career & Leadership Capital."
